An end-to-end autonomous agent for a real personal problem: it scans Dublin housing sources, scores fit against my constraints, sends enquiries as me by email and browser form-fill, and answers landlord replies with an LLM reply-brain — escalating only high-stakes messages for one-click approval.

Reply-brain classifies inbound landlord replies; low-stakes responses send fully automatically, risky ones queue in an approval dashboard
Hard safety rails: never books, pays, signs, or re-contacts; money/commitment topics always escalate
Recurring pipeline: daily source refresh, 20-minute reply loop, synced read-only mirror
